about
A song I wrote for my grandmother/aunt/cousin's dog, Toto. I wrote the chorus and part of the first verse while Toto was alive, sitting there next to me. I finished the song years later out of state when inspiration struck again. She was one of the best dogs ever, and isn't it great that so many people can feel that way about at least one dog they've adopted as a fur-person family member. ¡Viva Toto!
lyrics
Toto is a little doggy
Toto is a little dog
Toto is a little doggy
And her best friend is a frog
If you could see the millions of fleas
So happy to call you home
Then you would know how lucky you are
To never be alone
No need to scratch at least not so fast
They love you each and every one
It's just a rash so skip the flea bath
They're having lot's of fun!
